Very poor and incompetent company. I placed an order for Saturday delivery, but this never occurred. The order should have arrived on 16.01.2021. The company staff are rude and unhelpful. I will be taking action to get my money back.I would advise others to stay well of this company. In light of the global pandemic I would have expected them to do much better. I really feel let down. I do have small children and wanted to do something special with them at home, as the current restrictions is no socialising outside of your household. I will be purchasing elsewhere

Disappointed as I paid for Express Delivery but my parcel did not arrive till 3 days later. Fault of Parcelforce.Very pleased with my order when it did arrive however.

I placed an order a week ahead of the delivery date and it was cancelled last minute due to a fault in their system and the redelivery date was not exactly ideal for me. Still, as it was urgent, I agreed to a new scheduled date, they still managed not to deliver my item because they forgot about it and did not even inform me. I only found out last minute about this when I called them. They couldn't even make an exception and send the item by express delivery so that I would at least receive it on the day the product was supposed to be delivered. Now I and the recipient are extremely upset as it is a last minute before Easter weekend and is absolutely impossible to get this item anywhere else locally or virtually at such short notice. I had very high hopes and was very disappointed, so please avoid this business at all cost to avoid any disappointment!

Oh dear... wish I read these reviews before I placed my order... bought a bow and arrow set, but a very different and extremely cheap looking set came instead. The label on the product had a photo of the item that is on the website, but the actual item is different. So definately false advertising!

I was reluctant to buy anything from here because of the previous reviews. but I noticed most people didn't seem happy with the party items and I was just really interested in Haribo sweets. I got the sweets I wanted. fast delivery. very happy with it.

Absolutely brilliant, Over the moon. Good customer service, I wanted the order early and they were only happy to help. Don’t get the other reviews on here. Buy with absolute confidence. Worth every penny. 10/10 ??

Absolute joke ! Need more staff and people on phones not once but 5 times I had to contact use about a balloon and then 3 days before valentines u tell me use can’t deliver to Northern Ireland , well maybe if use answered your phones or my emails then wouldn’t of had a problem , ur business is not professional at all .

Placed an order on Saturday 30th January and paid £8.95 for next day delivery as it was my little boys birthday on the 3rd February. My order was expected for delivery on the 2nd February. I understand orders won’t be received and dispatched till the next working day which would of been Monday 1st February however I only received a dispatch email on the afternoon of the 2nd February for delivery on 3rd February which would of been pointless as it was my little boys birthday that day. Very disappointed Party Delights, don’t offer a service you can’t fulfil. I will be refusing my order on arrival and I won’t be shopping with you again.

So far two out of the five ballons I have ordered are faulty. One had a hole in it and the other is split at a seam. I've three yet to blow up so fingers crossed they're OK. My first and last experience of Party Delights.

Ordered £50 worth of items for our 4 year olds birthday. Ordered the items January 17th and paid for pre 12pm Saturday delivery. Items were not despatched until Jan 25th, missing his birthday. No update from company and there would have been no dispatch information if I hadn't rung up.The customer service representative was very apologetic and refunded delivery. Which was the very least they could have done in the circumstances. They said if I refused the delivery I could have my money back.

I ordered two large number balloons for my sons 16th birthday, at the checkout in asked for the delivery date I required which was 4 days after the order, the delivery date was accepted which was the date of my sons birthday...the balloons arrived a day late which was no good. I sent an email to party delights a week ago and have yet to receive a reply - a specified delivery date should not be offered if they are unable to meet it.

I made an order on 15.01, at 10,30pm, and I payed £7,95 for next day delivery, for my son's birthday. I sent them emails telling that I don't need the parcel now, but no one answered to me. I surely don't recommend this company for any online shopping
